Airport transfers are point to point Only.
Additional stops/wait time over 30 minutes requested by client will be billed at additional $20.00 per hour
All arrival pick-ups will be met at the curbside unless Meet-And-Greet is requested (client must call once they pick up luggage.)
Meet-And-Greet will be met at the baggage claim with a sign displaying your name. If you cannot locate your driver, please call us to help locate him/her. Do not leave, as you will be charged in full as a No-Show.
Changes to your reservations should be made no less than 12 hours to avoid a 30% cancellation penalty
NO ALCHOL CONSUMPTION BY ANYONE LESS THAN THE AGE OF 21 YEARS IS ALLOWED. VOILATION WILL RESULT IN CONTRACT TERMINATION AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUND.
OLS will not be held liable or responsible for late time due to reasons beyond our control OR unforeseen circumstances. This includes but not limited to traffic or mechanical breakdowns.
OLS reserve the full right to shorten your trip destination if at any point (during your trip) a client or a member of the party becomes violent, destructive or in any form, shape or manner; harasses or abuses the driver. In the event of any of the circumstances so stated occurs, full service charge, regardless; will be charged to the contracted party/customer’s credit card account.
Any damage and/or soiling on the vehicle by a customer, such as: the discharging of bodily waste, tear or burn mark to the seat(s) /carpet, etc. will insure a charge to the contracted party/customer up to the amount of the cleaning/repairs. Additional charges of $450.00 for limousines & sedans, and $350.00 for vans & mini-vans will apply for each day the vehicle remains in the shop during the cleaning/repairs.
OLS reserves the full right to refuse anyone service for any reason.
